Odell Cooky Floyd (also known as Cook), was born on February 21st, 1944 to James Cecil Marshall, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Lancaster in Danville, KY. She departed this life and entered into God’s eternal glory on Thursday, August 25th, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Cecil Marshall, Jr.
